INDIANAPOLIS – A new co-working space is ready to open its doors in Indianapolis. The Southside Business Initiative will hold a ribbon cutting Thursday. SBI says this is the only co-working office space between Fountain Square and Columbus. Officials say the space will promote entrepreneurship and serve as the southside’s economic development engine.

“Opportunities such as networking, collaboration, meet-ups and programming such as lunch and learn events make such a difference in the growth and success of small businesses. With our official opening, the Southside Business Initiative will bring those resources and benefits to Indianapolis Southside business owners to help them prosper,” Southside Business Initiative Advisory Board Chair Steve Battiato said.

The grand opening starts at 6:00 p.m. The site is located at 6825 Madison Avenue, Suite B.
